Effective January 1, 2020, we reorganized our reportable business segments to align with structural and
management reporting changes in support of our growth strategy. We now operate four reportable segments: Payments,
Cloud Solutions, Promotional Solutions, and Checks. Previously, we operated three reportable business segments: Small
Business Services, Financial Services and Direct Checks.
